I have a team thats wanting to take part in the upcoming team based event.

My question is how does the entry bidding system work?

The "starting bid" for this is 20 plex, does every one just blind bid what they are willing to pay and the top 32 teams who bid the most get in?

Nope. I assume that bidding will be same as the last time.

1. You get your team captain to the in-game channel (name will be announced prior to the auction).
2. Moderator (somebody from CCP, usually soundwave) will start auction for the first Slot, min. bid is 20 Plex, everybody in the channel can rise a bid
3. you can rise as many times as you want, and you can see bids from other captains
4. biggest bid secures the place in tournament
5. moderator will announce bidding for the second slot, then 3rd, then 4th, etc. etc. etc.
