I agree, though you might want to read some guides first.

Blindly suicide your Rifter like you just did countless times isn't going to help much. However, if you start with a good fitting, you'll know what ship you can engage and what ship you can't.

Btw, those OutBreak guys are famous in the alliance PVP tournament, so, it's kinda normal for you to loose, especially with T1 modules and few skillpoints :/

This.

By the way, your 3 nano, small shield extender, ecm burst rifter is not a good fit.

It's fine mucking around with fits. One thing to do, is to try make the fit work for the target you're engaging.

Nano-fits help if you're trying to beat the tracking on a turret cruiser, for example, wheras a repper helps in a frig 1 v 1.

The plate + repper fit is a popular one for good reason. Try to fit your ship to engage a particular class of target, or a particular fighting style (kiting, brawling, etc) and then try to engage targets based on that.

But yeah, I like what you're doing :)

EDIT: train thermodynamics (overheating) as soon as possible, if you haven't already.

A warrior considers himself already dead, so there is nothing to lose. The worst has already happened to him, therefore he's clear and calm; judging him by his acts or by his words, one would never suspect that he has witnessed everything.
Carlos Castaneda

I think if you've suffered, if you've experienced loss, you're probably more open to understanding it and more comfortable talking about it and experiencing it.

You, ma'am, win at life. By some stroke of serendipity, I found a copy of Tales of Power abandoned on a bus. It was a fascinating read.

Despite the Buzzard being a covops, I saw quite a lot of combat covops with AB scramble web and somewhat long range guns. And they works just fine since you can't hit them with ACs or short range multifreq T1 lasers.

5 mids. Dual webs, AB, scram and TD. Your rockets do equal damage whilst you hold them at range, throw sand in their eyes, and kick them in the shins. You can mix it up a bit, but any Buzzard rigged for battle is pretty nasty and a surprise.

Sodding lethal to your cookie cutter Rifter.
