I might be wrong but don't you need Caldari Strategic Cruiser level 1 in order to be able to pilot a Tengu and from looking at Eve Board that skill is missing.

If I am wrong the please ignore and good luck with the sale and consider this a free bump

you can be assured that this char has strategic cruiser level 3, really it should have 4 but i never got round to training it, i shall be investigating why this hasn't appeared on the eve-board as it has it on my evemon :S

If anyone needs me to prove otherwise - aka the bidders, I will happily provide anyone who has evemon with an api key etc.
