It used to be that when a patch for the game came out, you would NEVER find yourself worse off. Looks like that has changed now.....

I trained large artillery spec to lvl3 some time ago....... now to train to lvl4 i need to train up a tertiary skill that has been added, that i dont have high enough.......

I now need to train a skill up, to train a skill up that I once trained before, but now i dont have the skill high enough to let me improve the skill level on my trained skill........

what skill is that i have a toon training into large arty spec now, aside from sharp shooting V and medium spec IV i see nothing more needed than what is listed here

You are still not worse off as far as what you can do.

Only changes is how much sp it takes to do the next thing you want to do.
That is not worse off. That is partial sp inflation on future time spent not current sp ussage.
Partial as you still gain a new skill from the time spent. So it's not pure inflation of the skill you already had.

Granted it would suck. I'd like to know the skills and more exacts on what has happend.

Also, your period key seems to be sticking. May wanna look into cleaning it.

Those requirements haven't changed since the introduction.

More likely you lost some SP when getting podded, and have to retrain Large Projectile Turret

No requirements have changed on that skill bro, did u get podded?
