  • CSM members are under no obligation to maintain anything resembling a "position of trust." Your arbitrary definitions of the CSM or what consitute a CSM member's responsibilities are irrelevant, no matter how many hypothetical or "real world" anecdotes you've tried to drag into the conversation.
  • In fact, applicable regulatory guidance, such as it is, is quite clear on CSM members' expected standards of behavior. It reads pretty much like the money quote above.
  • The conversation logs about the scams in question are a matter of public record. Nowhere in either of them does the Mittani cite his position as CSM chairman as any sort of guarantee or authority or assurance of trust.
  • If, after all the prevailing evidence, and total lack of proof, you still are willing to trot out the notion that the Mittani or any other CSM member is "corrupt" or guilty of some sort of malfeasance requiring either negative sanction or changing game mechanics, then your delusion is willful and you are deliberately arguing in bad faith. And there is no reason to listen to you, no matter how many "likes" you claim to have received.

I dislike Mittens for being in charge of G**nsville. My reasons have been stated. I dislike Mittens for doing what he has/has not done on the CSM. My reasons have also been stated. Whether people agree with me or not is just part of the fun.

But I have never, and never will accuse Mittens of using his role to do things that are NOT allowed in game.

Arguing an "ethical" standpoint where the two roles might intersect is fine but pointless; I know, I've tried Blink

Regardless, The Mittani has to be "ethical" in RL to deal with CCP as much as he can be who he damn well pleases in game.

There IS a difference.
