It may be a wall of rules. But they are rules we as an alliance can not only live with. But we are happy to work under. This makes for an orderly group with similar interests, who know what they can and cannot do. There will be those of you who laugh at us for this charter. But rest assured were not interested in you. But we are interested in people who can assume the roles we have open and are willing to work together with us to profit from our adventures. I'm sure people are lining up around the block to join a corp that treats them like a spoiled child...

Nah, this is some alliance that asked if we wanted in. They sounded great.

Until we got this charter.

I still think Corporations should control SOV and the only thing Alliances give you is jump bridges between corporation SOV space.
Short term it wouldn't change things but in the long run it could make 0.0 a very interesting place.

Alliances should be an alliance of corporations.
Each corporation with there own territory to control and decide if they even need an alliance.

Not this back word system we have now.
Corporations should come first, not the alliance.

The idea of a major corporation controlling a constellation gets tired of the current neighbors and the alliance they are in and break there alliance and joins the enemy.
So the original alliance now has a choice to try and route out the corporation or brace as the battle lines just changed and now there is a enemy entrenched in there mists.

The possibilities are endless and now there is a clean way, to remove the the dead wood so to speak.
A lot of alliance break ups could have provide to be a lot more interesting then they have in the past.
And the dissolving of an alliance would not really mean victory.

But hey never happen and 0.0 alliances won't like it cause it puts there power blocks at risk.
Then again maybe that is exactly what 0.0 needs.

The point my dear friend to the sandbox is to let everyone have their own game. Some people prefer some structure to their gaming. =-) You obviously prefer a less focused group of people around you. YAY FOR THE SANDBOX!!!!

Errr, alot of these rules are found thruout alot of other alliances in Eve and most of them makes sense – so either people don't know what the **** their talking about in this thread or they behave like assholes because they want to hop on the bandwagon.

It's up to each and every corp to decide how much they want to commit to an alliance. Some alliances are a loose formation of corporations, orhers are more strict and have more rules. Both versions have benefits and drawbacks imo.

It was funny, but then that guy from the alliance ruined it by not being angry

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

These two sentences, you already highlighted, would worry me.

Why should it be forbidden to talk to each other on local channels?

And concerning the second sentence:
I never heared of any ship setup, which is not defeatable. And as some people already stated: It's a seduction for the enemies. The time will come, where no one want's to fly a ship with officer modules, because every time that ship has been defeated, the pilot will be kicked. And maybe it even would not have been his/her fault - because of being outnumbered (for example)? The permanent fear of being banned from the members will follow you. It will ruin any readiness to risk something or even the fun of playing Eve.

In my humble opinion at least these two citated sentences should be revised.

You should let the guy who wrote the rules do the forum posting for your alliance. His grammar and spelling is much easier to read.

Good luck with your Space Paladin guild.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

ROFLMAO!! God I love you guys. And in case you haven't figured it out yet. I am here to be laughed at. Which is why I keep posting. Keeping Rus's post alive has become my new hobby! Besides this is helping me restructure the list to something a little more player friendly. (I didn't write the rules) But this gives me ammo to change them. Please keep giving me input.
