Looking for PHP coder with API understanding

I have some code that is practically finished....person I purchased code from was abandoning and I was going to take it over. Having an issue with an api pull though.

What I need, is someone that can check the code and find out where the mistake is occurring. And fix that portion. As it stands, to the best of my understanding, it should be working and I have no way to debug the code myself.

Willing to discuss in better detail with interested parties and willing to work out payment. I imagine the job should be done and over in a matter of just a couple of hours to a day. So shouldn't be any long term commitment.
