Retribution well named given CW changes and Kill Rights rework.

All i can say is you people that like to gank and pull nasty sh** in high sec well come dec 4-5th Retribution is coming and it has your name all over it.

Btw i looking forward to buying kill rights on peoples head's going to be damn fun.
