I have recently (well my alt has) been getting more and more of these mails when killing a WT:

While we appreciate your effort to shoot down xxxxxxxxxxxx, a despised enemy of our militia, Tribal Liberation Force is unable to grant you any loyalty points since the value of the lost ship is less than its insurance value.

How can the value of a ship be less than the insurance value?

Has CCP secretly nerfed LP payments?

It was actually an AF with faction fittings.

I had the same with a BC too.

The more a ship drops the less LP you get, did the ship give good faction loot? If so, that may be what's making the payout calculation act funny.

At least pod kills got nerfed so no lp for pod kills anymore.

I cant understand why its a god thing to not hand out LP for pod kilss, they still have value. Maybe im missing the point here.

Back to the origianl point though, i also have been getting the same message as have corp mates. Not sure why its happening as the ships are definately more than the base insurance value.
