Anyone have som suggestion for some good Sci-Fi audiobooks?

Just finished Peter F. Hamilton: Confederation Universe(Trilogy).. great stuff.. too bad the rest of his books aint the same.

Works like Dune/Mote in gods eye and similar stuff is a little too much "Space Opera"

Needs something that will keep me awake on the long car trips to work..

You could try the Warhammer 40k audiobooks - some of them are pretty good

Greg Bear stuff is compelling, he wrote a book called Eon that has such a rich technological basis that its one of my favourite books of all time.

***Shameless Plug***

Primordium looks nice, and has that reclaimer feel, part of the Forerunner Saga.

Legacy (prequel), Eon, Eternity (Sequel) are set in an amazing situation.

Isaac Asimov's Foundation series.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

Great stuff, keep em comming.

Borascus: Gonna check out "Eternity (Sequel)", Eon was fantastic.

Webvan: A great source indeed, i have allready read "Star Wars: The Old Republic: Revan" and liked the style.

Isaac is superb, i have read most of the audiobooks i was able to fin in a semi good quality.

Warhammer 40k, i liked the game but never read any

Greg Bear even has a screenplay - but he needs investment of $50-100mil to get it to take off, I can totally see the depletion of Natural Resources involving all the main players in the script, and the lucrative opportunities that The Way has. I only found out about the sequel recently myself, the prequel might be worthwhile as well, especially if it has an in-depth on the mass-driver section in Segment 6.
