Where would I be able to get a hold of one of these for a month or 2 with BPO collateral, without spamming my API to every single person that cares to click on their mail button?

What would you want in return for this, loan?

So long as the bpos cover the loan 110% at npc value, I can provide you the loan at 3%.

UPDATE:

As per agreed upon ingame, 6B isk loan at 3.5% per month 2m maximum time frame, fully collateralize at 110% at BPO base prices.

Waiting for Grendel to confirm agreement, so we can begin.

At your earliest convince, Lets finalize this, 6B plus 3.5% return (total 6,000,000,000+210,000,000=6,210,000,000 ISK) loan.
