"Crime" in highsec is a type of gameplay, not a negative thing that you aren't meant to do and that needs to go away. Eliminating it is not, or at least should not be, a game design objective.

Remember guys, EVE is a game and stealing is not against the rules.

Incarna deserved the kicking that it got, years of promises and we got a dingy $10 hotel room that was rented by the hour, but without the female company. What really got people riled though was the NEX store, it's pretentious fashion designer prices, the Gordon Geko leak and the dismissive CCP responses to subscribers concerns with reference to golden ammo.

A lot of players want WiS to succeed, to do this it must have content which is something Incarna lacked.

OP is just whining that he will have to work harder to get EZmode PvP.
