Tractor pulling range (coming short)

My main can pull wrecks in from 67+ km away, ive trained a salvaging alt, however it can only pull in wrecks from under 32 km. Its been so long ago what skill am I missing to increase ability to pull wrecks in from further out train long range targeting? I can target lock out further just can't pull them any further out then 32km.

Providing your in salvaging in a Noctis I believe " ORE Industrial " is the skill your looking for.
