While healthy discussion of everything to do with EVE is a wonderful thing, just posting one line in as a thread does not really help anyone.

Perhaps if you have any ideas about how or why such changes could be made, you could pay the Features & Ideas Discussion forum a visit. There you can either post an idea of your own, or find a pre-existing thread to which you could contribute - ISD Type40.
