WH Poco takedown - what is needed

Hey all,

Recently moved to a WH solo, and some of the POCO's are Interbus, my question is what would I need to take down solo one and on average how much time does it take?

I can fly Maelstrom / Tornado but no T2 artillery or T3 Tengu HML T2 / Drake

Would be interresting to know what subcap is able to pull it off even if it takes 2-4 hours

Thank you,

Interbus is simply shoot till it blows. It will take awhile depending on your DPS. Don't forget to bring replacements.

Same thing applies to player owned CO's? the corp is inactive and not responding

What happens on reinforce mode?

Reinforce mode is similar to what happens with a tower. At 25% shield the POCO is invincible for not less than 24 hours and not more than 48, always losing its invincibility at roughly some time of day preset by the owners. If you shoot all the POCOs over a long period they'll still all exit reinforcement around the same hour later, instead of in the order you shot them - so if you've reinf'd a lot of them, and you only have a few ships, some of them might regenerate back up before you get around to them.

It takes 5000 dps approximately an hour (~50 minutes really) to clear an Interbus Customs office (from full shield to explosion).

A solo ship doing 1000 DPS would then take just over 4 hours (4.16hrs) to take down an interbus customs office.

Calculations completed using (((CO health/ DPS) / seconds per min) / min per hour)

So (((15,000,000/ DPS) / 60) / 60)

Since you didn't die, you win, but that was some prime Failblog material had anyone run across you, haha.

I'd never had balls to blame someone for going AFK instead of sitting there doing nothing for 4 hours, especially if all you have to lose is blap Oracle with no fancy mods, and you aren't in a corp that would be concerned of your loss sitting @ corp KB (and who would help with POCO grind, hopefully)... Roll

On a side note, I'm pretty surprized that there are still Interbus COs out there.

There are tons of IBCOs - entire systems full of them, in fact. It's all a trap, though. Intended to lure unsuspecting scouts into relaying bad intel something to the effect of "all COs are InterBus. System is empty." Bear fleet comes in and gets blapped.

Remember, kids: all systems are inhabited. Every hole is camped. Your safe spots are death traps. They will find and then they will kill you.
