What is the best two-ship combination for PVE in Wormholes?

I'd like to take my two accounts into a Wormhole and get lost for a few weeks (running sites, salvage, hacking, archeology, etc). Assume C3 level wormhole up to the max level wormholes. Ship types and fittings are for the sole purpose of extremely long endurance PVE with no place to dock. Any consideration to PVP is purely defensive.

Cloaks are the one mandatory fit on each ship so that I don't have to worry about getting scanned down unless I'm actively running a site. And at least one of the ships must have the salvaging tools and other tools needed for hacking/archeology, etc.

Last note: If your combo includes a T3 ship, then also add what ship you'd replace that T3 with (if you had to). T3 is nice but I expect to get popped too often to use it.

(originally posted in wormholes, but this is a better place for it).

Hi there, I have spent a year or more in wormholes previously in a C4 then a C2.

When the C2 Was a bit dry or on bad spawn cycle I was glad I had a orca/leadership strong character then my main which was a Miner/Scanner/Hacker etc + Tengu pilot (In a C2 I imagine a drake etc should be sufficient although drone mechanics have recently changed or will be changing to be more nasty.)

I used to do what I coined as "Ninja Wormholing" I would pack a small tower, fuel for a week along with a hanger for my loots and only hardeners in to a quiet if not empty wh after getting my intel done and setup. run sites then bail if it got too hot in there.

I also had a moa for gas.

so basically for me it was a buzzard with sisters gear.
moa
hulk at that time, now prob a cov be fine
tengu and different mods to suit.

then the orca and a badger. on toon 2 boosting etc from my safe pos

in a good week id make off with more than 300 mil isk min and the worst that could happen would be loosing the small tower at 75 mil maybe. a C2 was best as it would generally have a static high but don't quote me on this its been a while and ive only just returned to game.

either way I wish you the best in your endevours. I had alot of fun and my losses were always due to lack of vigilance (ADD?) lol

I did almost the same.

Got into the WM, scout it, than bring an orca pilot in.
The orca setup was for finding a quiet place, cloak and stay hidden.
It had remote armor and hull repairs for when things go to hell, just in case, and a scanner just in case when need to get an exit. Cargo wise it held my ammo and the loot I got, and the ships. It took very little time to skill and gear the orca alt.
My main was in a buzzard to scout and tengu (started with a drake) for doing sites.

I didn't do gas or setup a POS, as I didn't see the need.

I never lost an orca, but I did lose a drake once.

Currently I moved on to exploration in low/null sec, because having not even basic intel of local drove me into paranoia sometimes after a night of drinking and space flying :P

I'd use a Tengu and Noctis.

Ed: I'd probably also try to speed run C2s instead of C3s.

I'm an idiot, don't mind me.
