Very nice choice of venue as well, Rydges World Square is a great place. The Square Bar there is possibly the most chilled and relaxing bar I've ever been to, and with a restaurant 10m from it, it's so much fun. Will definitely try and make it to this one seeing as I live close by.

This sounds like a pretty interesting event! Good luck and have fun.

In general I can recommend joining EVE player gatherings as they are usually a lot of fun. So far I never returned disappointed from any EVE player gathering - and that is not because I have low expectations! Big smile

I know a lot of AUTZ players are getting very excited about the opportunity to meet. Interestingly, not only from AU/NZ but we also have people coming from as far away as Korea!

Definately shaping up to be the biggest EVE event held in this part of the world ... EVER!

I'm so happy this is happening. I've been fortunate enough to be able to visit two multi-day player gatherings in the last couple of months, the Summerfest in Greece and EVE Vegas in...Las Vegas.

I absolutely positively recommend that any capable pilot do his or her best to make it to one of these. They are so much fun and really bring people together. People have new friends when they head home again and many find new corps and alliances to roam with :).

I have a good feeling about this one and hope it goes as well as I think it will. Then maybe it will become an annual thing for all the players living on the other side of the planet ;) !

My dream is to have these multi-day events (mini fanfests) taking place all over the globe so players can find one close wherever they live.
