So, I let my scanner probes time out because I'd assumed they'd return to my inventory and now I'm stuck. Wormhole timed out too so when my buddy came along he couldn't get through to me. Any benevolent folk out there fancy helping me out? I'm broke so I can't offer you anything more than my unconditional love and respect... In J135723.

Right click your ship.
Self destruct.
Right click your pod.
Self destruct.

Tell us how shiny your ship was.
Tell us how shiny your pod was.

Allow us to take great joy in your dismay.

Unfortunately, if your not in a static hi sec WH it's gonna be hard (nearly impossible) to find you it would be like hitting the lottery it's pure luck, if you dont have an expensive ship (Tengu) or the likes, blowing up yourself is the best option if you don't have expensive implants either. Your only hope is the residents that live there but their most likely gonna kill you on sight....wish I had better news.

Well I've tried pleading in local chat and nobody's home, looks like it's the self destruct option. This involves me losing out on a few weeks training because I'm basically a massive goon! Wolvun, it was only a nemesis but it was my pride and joy so I hope that pleases you. Definitely not worth 500 mil!!! Thanks Piugattuk, gonna vainly try local chat one last time...

Wait, wait, wait. Here's what you can do (ignore the assholes first).

Do a scan for any POSes. Should find 'em on D-scan. Warp to every moon, cloaked, looking for a POS. When you find one, get the corp info, see if you can message/convo someone in the corp. They might be nice and let you out. You know, if you get someone who understands that games can be fun without -needing- to hurt people. (We call these people non-sociopaths.) There's actually a lot more of us than you might expect.

There should be several names listed that you might be able to contact. Also consider just logging off for the night and trying again tomorrow.

Do a scan for any POSes. Should find 'em on D-scan. Warp to every moon, uncloaked, looking for a POS. When you find one, stay there for fifteen minutes minimum. If you see anything locking you remember that it's just a mistake. You know, if you get someone who understands that games can be fun without -needing- to hurt people. (We call these people lame) There's actually a lot more of us than you might expect.

Also consider just Biomassing the character and trying again tomorrow.

Well, you learned something about WH and scan probes. Montclaire gave the only feasible path other than self destruct. However, there is a 50 / 50 chance you will just get added to their killboard. IF you go that path, insist that your "escort" is in a shuttle and then warp to 75km off them while cloaked to BM the exit and verify it is a hisec exit.

A nemesis is a small price for the "lesson". When WH diving, you should limit yourself to +3 implants too. By definition, this is a PvP clone. Expect to be podded.

Did you get out? I remember being stuck in a Wormhole once, though for slightly different reasons. I jumped through to find an Interdiction field in my way. Got out of that by sheer luck then spent the next three hours scanning everything down in that hole looking for a way out while avoiding the nasty people trying to kill me dead. I got out when some other not-so-nice people turned up and started shooting the crap out of the POS that was in there. That distracted them enough that I could get out the way I came in, they didn't even shut down the interdic field. Would be nice to know if you got out :)

This is why you ALWAYS carry spare scan probes.
