Right click your ship, and then, right click self destruct.

Then look in the mirror. Look yourself deep in the eye. Tell yourself it'll be alright.

Then right click your pod, and hit self destruct.

Wake up in the station, look in the mirror, and congratulate yourself on escaping the wormhole.
