It is with great sadness that I must let this toon go. Fully specced PvP character with some highlights:

103m SP total

Positive wallet, negative sec status.

7.1m in drones
18.6m gunnery
7.6m leadership
7.9m missles
35.5m in space ship command

Can fly all 4 races sub-cap. Specced for Amarr capitals and Amarr and Gallente Dreads. Will probably be ready for supers in less than 30 days.

Character is located in Decon low sec, 1 insta jump from high sec and 3 jumps from Dodixie.

Toon has one remap available and can resculpt but hes beautiful just the way he is.

As far as paying transfer, I thought the seller was required to pay.
