Help On WH system Spawns

Last night before downtime I went through my Z647 static into J162604. I had just spawned this WH connection. I ran 5 or so sites and then wwnt back to my home wormhole.

This morning after downtime that same wormhole goes to J232605. I didn't scan a new WH, just warped to the same bookmark as the night before.

Is this supposed to happen? I thought that it would stay the same system until the WH had collapsed and another spawned somewhere else.
