What it is:

I can research any BPO you require.

20k per hour of research 1m install fee.

Collateral:
If i need to purchase the BPO from the market i will need 30% down payment for the bpo at NPC price
If you own the BPO we will come to some agreement for collateral

My Skills on all 4 research alts. (40 total research slots)
