Hey.

I was wondering if anyone is running EveHQ on Mac. If yes, how? Im having problems finding a way to launch it. Also - where does EVE client (the current up-to-date one) keep overview and preference files on 10.6.8? Cant find them anywhere.

Thanks.

I have not heard of EVEHQ on mac yet...although I hope the guy who wrapped EFT will do the same. Also the Overview and settings are in two different locations in Lion.

Overview is in the Package content of the EVE Application itself.

EVE application / show package content / content / EVE online (show package content again, (I believe the first one is actually the launcher)) / Content / Resources / transgaming / c drive / program files / CCP / EVE / %Userprofile% / my documents / eve / overview...finally!

I sugest making an alias of the UserProfile folder so that you do not have to go through all that every time.

The settings folder is in the Library:

/Users/*Your Profile*/Library/Application Support/EVE Online/p_drive/Local Settings/Application Data/CCP/EVE/c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility

Hope this helps

You can run EVEhq using VMware Fusion or Parallels. It is a bit slow but it works without having to bootup to Microsoft Windows. As well you do not need to create a bootcamp partion this way.
