So I was completing yet another mission in my particularly effective CNR, admiring my new core X-type booster, and jumped in the next system to turn it in... I was like hey look 0.4.

ZERO POINT FOUR... OH HELL NO!.

So I warped to Planet III moon I it was empty, warped back to the gate and jumped.

If your going to fly an 8 billion ISK Battleship it may benefit you to check which system your actually jumping into.

I can only imagine the lolz if some pirate had been on that gate in a broadsword X

Yeah, must be tricky to remember which item you spent hundreds of millions on at a minimum. Oh well, at least he had the sense to use an alt to post so all the pirates and suicide gankers don't find him. I would be tempted for a 8bill ship and I am a total carebear. =P

I'm not sure why that's unbelievable... you are aware you can warp to moons, yes?

This thread failed to deliver. I will be contacting customer service and requesting my 30s back.

Hmmm. Why not redo your settings so the client throws up a warning window to say you are about to enter low sec if you don't want to go thereQuestion

I almost had the same experience. This is true story:

I was out ratting in my 10 bil tengu that I do 10/10 plexes in by myself (come find me you gankers, I need some excitement).

Well, like I said, I was out ratting & jump into a massive Goon gate camp.

I almost Sh!t myself right there, but I waited out the timer & hit the buttons Alt, Shift & Q all at the same time.

The Goons just disappeared and I went on my way ratting as normal.

absolutely nothing, most systems have a dozen or more moons, some of many, many more. as long as you aren't unlucky or ******** you can warp to moons safely 95% of the time and the remaining 5% of the time you can simply warp off before being locked by pos guns.

Nothing that matters unless it takes you more than thirty seconds to align.

I deliberately go through lowsec, even when the hisec route is only a few extra jumps, just to make longer journeys more interesting. It's quite safe, you know. :)

Sometimes I'll even stop at a gate to watch a fight in progress. I like to watch.
