Are you in hisec? If so, you don't need to compress the ore. Empire space has tons of NPC stations with good refineries.

And no, there's no way to compress ore other than with a Rorqual, and the Rorqual can only operate outside of hisec.

As others have pointed out there is no way to compress ore other than with a Rorqual but 'mineral compression' is alive and well.

Several modules can be used to compress large quantities of minerals into a small volume. This is pretty standard practice for transporting minerals for super cap production in low or null sec.

Yeah, but the point is there's no reason to do that if you're in hisec space.

True, but the OP never mentioned why or where they wanted to compress ore.

I am little confused here about "Module compression". If i have perfect skill and perfect BPO. I can make some mods transport to place i need then reprocess them and gain back all 100% minerals i used to manufacture them?

Yes, indeed.
On the compression side you need perfect skills as you put it and a BPO with perfect ME.

But that's just the one direction. To also get your minerals back from the modules, you will need perfect Refining skills. That means Scrapmetal Processing to V. Or to IV using a Reprocessing implant to get 100% of the mins back. I suggest going with the implant, as training Scrapmetal Proc from IV to V takes a whooping 24+ days.
Also during Reprocessing you will have to pay taxes to the owner of the station depending on your standings. To get to the point where you pay 0% taxes, you need 6.6(*) standings with the station owner.

So compression via modules is not really that trivial, it does need a few assorted skills and most annoyingly a lot of grinding for the standings.

(*) Disclaimer: Not sure on the correct number here. Might be 6.3, might be 6.9... somewhere in that range. Anyways, it's a lot.
EDIT: Looked it up. It's 6.7. Have fun with your level 4s...
