...... Int/Mem for the next 8-9 months in order to max out capital support skills, is there anything glaringly obvious I should tinker with first?

Note! Prior to the remap, all gunnery skills that are sub lvl IV will be trained to IV, Gallente Dread will be trained to IV, and Amarr Carrier will be at V.

Edited the correct remap Ugh.

I don't see a point for int > wil, but per = int would be a good generic mapping though.

Consider all the perception & willpower skills::
* Drones
* Gunnery
* Missile Launcher Operaion
* Navigation
* Spaceship Command

Examples:
* Drone specializations to 4
* Fighters 4 (maybe even 5)
* Tactical Weapon Reconfiguration 4 (maybe even 5 for T2 siege module)
* All ships to 4
* Drone Durability 5 (a personal preference, as it is +4.2% shield + 4.2% armor + 4.2% structure)

Tactical Weapon Reconfiguration 5, not 4.
Per/Wil T3 subs to 5.
Your missile skills are terrible, fix them if you actually fly the tengu (dont bother if you dont).

Never did set foot into a tengu.... or legion... Should still clean up the skills I suppose. Missiles will wait for the next round of remaps given that nothing I regularly fly uses them.

Tactical Weapon Reconfiguration 5..... is it worth it in the short term? (yes, will have gal dread at IV until after next remapping).

yes, T2 siege is VERY worth it. (if you fly dreads at all that is.)

PS: drone skills train better on per/wil than on int/mem so take a look at those if you care about them. do nav skills on int/mem.
