I like the overall style/perspective of yours and the "reduced expression thing"/frontal view in general Cool
Definitly one of the most appealing female portraits in this post.

Really nice and natural. I think it would be better if the caractere was looking straight at the camera. 9.5/10

Hair in the eyes, not exactly the best look. And this guy is my avatar I made when I started, with very slight modifications, so ya, its probaly not the best. As for you 7/10, cut those bangs a bit.

Lighting was already mentioned, so I'll go for pose.

Not quite focused enough for me. Face is turned to the side a little, but not enough to express anything. And he isn't looking directly enough at the camera for the 'penetrating stare' that his otherwise rugged appearance would lend itself to.

Not bad, while that shirt isn't my favorite, the lighting is great, and your expression is clearly shown. 9/10

Also, I just made some tweaks to my portrait, might want to wait a little before responding on mine.

On the contrary,I find the color to be clashing,its a bit too dim ,it lacks the POWER ,THE PASSION,or any authority.Its just a blank stare.
