point is ASB's in their current form are bad for the game if they made them have to use some of the ships cap so they could be neuted out that would balance them somewhat amongst the other changes they are making to them atm.

Armour reps just need a slight buff to amount repped nothing more plus nanite paste is not cheap

The WHOLE GODDAMN POINT OF ASBs was that you couldn't turn them off by neuting them. but as someone else said, people wth ASBs don't fit cap boosters, so they can still rep stuff but that's about it.
