Hello, I am selling the location to an empty class 4 wormhole with a class 5 static.

Static mapper doesn't show its static, but you can click the constellation list to see that all the wormholes have the class 5 static.

Last scan showed that there were 8 anomalies in the system, and 18 signatures.

I am looking to get 200 million ISK for this wormhole, as it will take me a bit of work to get back to K-space to let the buyer in. Buyer pays for third party if they want it, however I usually do 50% of payment up front then 50% once the buyer is inside and satisfied that everything is as I have said. This has worked well for me in the past.
