[Proposal] - Forum interface addition to the new Bounty Hunting system coming in Retribution

Hesitantly supported.

I am the type of person to rant, sometimes a little offensively, at stupid posters. So I can see a relatively large bounty being put on my head over a relatively short period of time.

While I do like the idea (it's a little like punching someone in the face via internet; FPoIP: http://citan.soup.io/post/136418962/FPoIP), I think the problem is that the worst forum jerks are full time forum jerks, ie. they don't even log into the game (or have specific forum alts that don't log in). So you won't be able to harm those assholes anyway.
