This WH does not have perfect PI, you are not able to harvest Autotrophs, Complex Organisms or Felsic Magma. Which means you can make only 2 of the 8 t4 products and 8 of the 21 t3 products

also static mapper says the only exit is a C3 and no HS

Static mapper is wrong then ive been in here for over a year now, and there is a b274 always up. Also i meant perfect pos fuel pi not everything, although the planets can make a great range of other products as well.
