I can't find any documentation in the test server threads to say it is, and I am not in a position right now to try to log on.

As of 15:00 (Eve Time) it wasn't. There's been no mention that I could find of when it's expected to be online again other than "soon".

Thanks, CCP Goliath confirmed in a separate thread that Duality is toast, and will be toast over the weekend.

Do not assume anything above this line was typed by me. Nerf the Truth, it's inconvenient.

From what i understood of the info given us, it was only online for something like 2-3 days for us to test stuff....and thus, most of us have now missed our chance and will have to wait till the pre-beta-test version (aka finished product) hits SiSi, so we can give our token feedback for CCP to ignore it b/c they don't believe us.

Hey, now that would be just cynical.
That would be the same as suggesting that vast numbers of null sec players would post up stating how wonderful and fair these changes are, even though they don't go near missions.

I just call it like i see it....the last couple big patches they completely ignored player feedback and did their own thing anyways. And got lots of hate for it.

CCP themselves even said one of the reasons they ignored the feedback was b/c they "didn't believe" us...

Soo, not really the same as what you suggest.
