Is there a page that display all the skills that come with each starter chars? For each 4 race and also each 3 sub class?

There may be, but they're virtually identical these days.

That is really old information. Nowadays all characters starts with same attributes so that table is useless.

The only difference in base skills is which racial frigate starts at level 2.

The only genuine difference is the base model for the character creator.

If you're reading old character creation guides, stop. System was completely changed some time ago. Your choice of race/specialization is now a purely cosmetic choice.
