I mean, really. There's a fight at the navy base of a superpower:

Radar tech: Commander, the Hells Angels and Bandidos are shooting each other with missile launchers at 5 meters distance from our base perimeter. The road is littered with wrecks and dead bodies.

Commander: STFU, they paid off local police and we don't care.
