Buckingham "Wrong user/pass

hi i was trying to get on the buckingham test server but when i try and log in with either of my 2 accounts it tells me wrong user name/Password. My main account i had active for only a couple month over a year ago and i just activated it roughly 40 days ago and my alt account 2 weeks ago. is there a fix for the incorrect user name/pass? if so could someone fill me on what this issue is. thanks
