Due to the recent plex inflation it also drives up characters for sale


I just sold a basic nyx sitter with JDC Lvl 5 for 8 bill

sellers' market - price is high due to high demand

your case - price is high due to high cost of inputs

in the first case the profit from training characters goes up, in the second case it doesn't change much (depends on elasticities how much of the increased price you bear and how much the buyer bears).

you made a nice bit of extra profit from speculation on PLEX value, not from character trading.

I would agree its a seller market.

All toon of 125m sp or less of pvp skills value have sky rocketed.

40m sp toon selling for 20b
28m sp toon sellng for 15-17b

100m sp toon used to sell for 28-31b but now sell for close to 40b-42b

however if ur smart and get in early theirs still plenty of deals to be had,


is it due to plexs. I don't think so, its just plainly to do with the easly isk thats being made. more people have more isk to spend. i doubt their a huge number of people who spend real cash to buy a plex to buy a toon. some do but not a lot.

easy isk = price going up.

Has you ever went so far as chose to go even use want to look more like do?

Wintertime would be a good time to push it, right now its probably best to form price pacts, the buyers just wont be there until decemberish.

Your selling time in its most condensed form on eve ... and you wonder why its selling for such a good price ?


The problem with this game is that its hard to enjoy it unless your rocking about 40mil SP in the correct areas of your intrest and even then its rather limiting.
