How uncatchable can a Loki get?

Basically I currently got a cheetah as a probing and scouting alt. Figured I'd look in to the Loki instead though cause the whole exploration thing is going pretty well. Basically, how uncatchable can I get a Loki compared to the cheetah?

Never actually used Warp Core Stabs or Interdiction Nullifiers before so I'd appreciate if someone could fill me in on the basics and logics of how to fit these ships. Basically it's just for probing and being an advance scout at gates so damage is not really needed at all. I'm guessing the biggest advantage to this will be that I won't have any trouble with drag bubbles.

Dictor nullifier and covert ops subs means you essentially don't have to worry about anything but the most on-the-ball camps with decloaking inties, which are a definite rarity. If you don't care about damage or tank, go for as many lows as you can and fit 3-4 nanos with the rest stabs in case you get really unlucky. Grav capacitor rigs in the low for probing and you're good to go.

To be honest, a Loki fit like this is way more un-catchable than a cheetah. Your main point of vulnerability in a cheetah is burning off a bubbled gate, and the dictor nullifier solves this. Barring lag issues or incredibly poor luck, you won't lose it.

This actually about the only way to make it anymore uncatchable is never undock it.

Oh, Do go on... no seriously ive got nothing better to do then listen to all the petty arguments and feeble trolling attempts...

The sad thing is i'm not sure if i'm telling the truth.

Comes down to the fact, is it worth 500+ mil just to warp through bubbles?

Its going to die the same way the Cheetah would, gate lag, fast locker etc etc and has no way of defending itself.

I say stick with the cheetah if you are not going to combat fit the loki or tank it at all.

Money is not really an issue, exploration keeps my wallet borderline obese. ;p

IIRC you can get better scanning out of the T3s (dont quote me on that, i think it cos you can fit more scanning rigs at work so cant check my own loki) but as a combat scout to get tackle on a target it will be fine, yes its more expensive but more survivable.

I dont put WCS on mines as its used as a combat scout. If you are just scannign down sites but not people stick to a cov ops, its cheaper if you did get caught.

But yea anything cov ops is generally uncatchable your more likely to get caught in WHs if your unlucky and after the jump you are less than 2km from the WH.

TLDR- If you have the cash then got for it!

Nah, rigs are 200 calibration points each so if anything Loki is likely to be a slightly worse scanner.

According to this there are ways to make the uncatchable very catchable.

Just don't do what the victim in the above-posted thread did.
