Yes there are a bunch of skills I totally stopped caring about and stopped (mostly for rigs, also have gaviton physics for some reason). also you'll notice I'm very poor

BAH, just do what I did: specialize in small ships.

if it is made to fit small modules I can fit and fly it. I do admit some of the hulls are still at IV and a few of the T2 guns are only at III, but I'm working on that which won't take long at all. Maybe I shouldn't have detoured for that Naga and Chimera.
