Quick quest for someone who has never done it before.

Can it be done in a station still? In low sec anyway?

As giving the buff coming Im expect them to rise alittle in price, plus its geting about that time when I myself acutally need a couple.

You can build all but supercaps at lowsec stations.

Wait for the buff to of been in effect for a while before you even think of doing this
