Ok here is the deal,
I was a member of a corp that was part of the greater whole of the CFC. I quite enjoyed my time there, however due to internal corp issues and some alliance bickering, I decided to move on. I've been in high sec for a few months but it leaves much to be desired and wish to find my way back to nullsec. I've played off and on since 2004 and have a pretty mixed bag of skills with focus on Caldari / Minmatar ships and pvp / indy skills. I'll be able to fully Orca boost in 20 days and have experience leading mining ops and running the industrial arm (including cap / supercap production) of a corp. Also have logi 5 for pvp support.

What I'm looking for:
I'm looking for a corp preferably friendly / blue / part of CFC, would consider a member of the HBC. I like to do industrial type activities when not active in pvp. Nullsec home, non-renter.

What you need to understand:
Due to a job where overtime is common, a family that is expanding (got one one the way) and other existing family obligations I cant be expected to always be on. I want a corp that understands I have these obligations and that I'd be more than happy to join in and participate when I am able to get on, but isn't going to boot me for missing an op here and there or when I don't log on for a day or 2. I assure you, I will be as active as I possibly can be, I'll be productive when I am on and I need you to be understanding of that concept.

-10 Million Skillpoint Minimum (Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis).
-Able to fly a Covetor or Drake at bare minimum (or corresponding marketing/construction skills).
-Ability to attend at least 1 of our Mining Ops per week (1 Hour minimum requirement).

-Able to take part in alliance wide pvp operations which are not only frequent, but are on a very large scale.
