Not sure if this is the right place or not but I spent a short amount of time in 0.0 previously and thinking of training a toon up to go back as a good pvp/money maker/ratter what would you suggest? T3's? I'm kind of leaning towards Amarr if that means anything at all.

If you intend to try to make ISK in 0.0 I would definitely recommend a t3, since it's about the only boat you can travel with safely and still use to effectively make money. Unless you happen to be in a decent alliance in which case you should be able to rat in whatever you want.

OK, before I make suggestions, do you mean go back to 0.0 as a sovholder or permanent NPC resident? Or do you mean to ninja-jewing the space?

also im assuming this is the best way to make isk in 0.0 in a non-indy type way as well? I guess I'm just looking for suggestions because I have a pure pvp toon that lives in low and looking for a good way to support income.

I'd say Tengu because it's the quickest, easiest and most straightforward way to go about making isk. To get similar money from Amarr, you need large t2 pulse and BS skills, with supporting skill trained up decently as well. Or you can go the route less well-traveled and try your hand at plexing, but there it's less about ship choice and more about how much time and effort you are willing to invest to chase down the big payout sites.

Tengu is a great choice for nullsec PvE.
