I don't do Price checks, but, based on what I go by for pricing, I would try to haggle, but you may get this for 3.9b max imo.

No Noteable Standings.
I don't see much a point in getting High Speed Maneuvering to V for a character of this career path.
Also, Tycoon would be noteable to have at least to 4 imo.
