No sound at all

I am getting no audio at all.

No audio on the intro movie, at login or in game.

On settings my audio is enabled and all volume levels are at max.

When I try the echo test I can here myself.

I have tried enabling and disabling Eve voice, but still no sound.

I have checked the volume mixer in Win 7 in system tray. Eve was there earlier and the volume was up at 100% but still no sound. It is now not visible in the volume mixer.

My sound works in all other games.
