Angel faction ships seeded

Why are these still seeded and no other faction ships are? I remember a while ago some dev claimed it was a bug but It's hard to believe it could be a bug when it's been possible for so long.

It is a bug in the script, its nowhere near as important as sorting things out for the winter expansion so it probably won't be fixed for a while.

Afaik seeding takes place after a server mirror so it hasn't been re-seeded yet, however I could be wrong on that

Most other faction ships* I understand they've been devoting their resources to more important things but I can't imagine it would take that much development considering they've been messing with the items seeded recently. It's been like this for over a year.

Afaik some faction ships are meant to be seeded, (Not sure if all of them), they did confirm that the seeding script was bugged as of the last mirror so It'll probably be resolved as of the next mirror

Basically the seeding script is in an outdated state, but rather than patch it up, we're creating a tool that will allow us to custom seed without DBA assistance. Yes it takes longer but it's much more productive work.
