C1XD-X is available.

Yes, the price is 2.030 Bil. Sadly you cannot pay for half a month. The payment will be made on the same day every month. For example, if you pay today, the next payment will be 18th of August.

Let me detail the steps that we will have to go thru together in order to set you up smoothly in your new home:

1.You will have to send me the first month deposit (2,030,000,00 isk) with the reason -Rent C1XD-X-

2. After the deposit has been made, you will have to give me 24 hours to notify all our Fountain residents to set blue standings with your corporation and let people know that the system is rented. I will notify you when all standings have been set. It ussually takes less then 24 hours.

3. At this point you will have to set blue standings with the alliances and corporations from the list I will be sending you after step 2.

4. After standings are confirmed from your side, I will give you access to our intel channels and then you can safely move into C1XD-X.

Neither of us is lying. There is a referral program in place. You'll note in my rental rule list that I state you must work with a NOFKS diplomat to finalize the offer - Guillane's post is actually somewhat inaccurate as there are SPECIFIC diplos for the rental program.

Although we do have neutrals in our space (we do have NPC Fountain for them to live in, after all, and much like herpes they never really go away), we do a fairly admirable job of minimizing their kills while still reaping the rewards of our space.

This goes back to "if you are intelligent, you should rarely lose a ratting ship to neutrals"; if there were an AWOXer, of course, it would be a different scenario and (to my understanding) reimbursements would be made if an HBC member attacks a renter without provocation.

All rental agreements are a scam. They will take your money and stuff and you will never, ever see it again. Besides, why rent? They don't actually "own" the space......and they can't be on-line 24 hours a day. Big smile

You are welcome to form your own opinions; I'm legitimate and as far as I know Guillane is as well (he'd be pretty dumb to scam as it's verboten for diplomats). I'd encourage you to research the backgrounds of the individuals, not just go "TEST, must be a scam" - my background in particular should be enlightening, if you reach out to the Market Discussion community.

He's kind of inexperienced.
While there are specific Diplomats who are handling the backend of the rental program and lead it, they dont need to be dragged into convo every single time someone inquires about renting or is worried about the legitimacy. Any Diplomat will do and they will deal with the Rental diplos privately.

It doesnt matter if you send money to a "Rental" Diplomat or a "normal" Diplomat, as Diplos are not allowed to scam. (Make sure the guy you're talking to is listed on the Alliance Description=
That being said (what Dethmourne probably doesnt know), TEST renters should send money to is into the wallet of the executor corp of our rental Alliance (To be specific: Bad Gerden of Honey Badger Alliance), not to a character.

Leah Hun got scammed by a private guy inside TEST, not by TEST, the Alliance. The Alliance never scammed anyone as we never sold anything...It's also entirely his fault for not reading our Alliance description nor getting in contact with a diplo.

I generally think it was unwise of Dethmourne to post here a second time vOv

You can try to knitpick it if you want, but a TESTmember scamming doesnt make the Alliance being a scammer. The Alliance has never scammed. Individuals inside said alliance may have.

Also for all intents and purposes we do own the systems. Sure you can still come down here and try to mine and rat, the game wont magically not allow you do to so - have fun doing that though :).

Guillane is probably right; there's no point posting this on the forums unless you completely ignore the trolls, and my MD experience is all about dealing with trolls, not ignoring them.

I'll let him handle trying to pull people from the forums since he's got the "I'm a diplomat and therefore can't scam" leg to stand on (and I've already admitted that, though this is not a scam, I have no means of proving it to you) and go back to contacting people in-game who I know hold potential interest in this arrangement.

So Test don't care of you guys. If your pumped ship ior carrier is shooted by Test member they will wirte you the same. You shooted by test member not the TEST alliance.
