I hear it in Milita chat and was then looking for infomation on it but still confused.

Anyway Two days till dump someone said. I thought they were talking about the toilet!!

So what is it? Something to do with FW and LP's but I am unsure the mechanics of it. Can someone please explain or point me to a link that I can read?

Is it where before an update or somethign that a milita go out and just plex and plex and plex to gain LP's to then spend and then make isk on?

Sounds like they are planning a LP dump to get to tier 5 to cash out.

Had such high hopes that FW would finally get the attention it deserved, and now it's even more broken than it was before...lol.

FW has a tier system, based on system ownership and upgrade levels.

The higher the tier, the less things cost in your LP store.

So:
People arrange a time to upgrade their systems at the same time
They reach tier 5.
They spend all their LP in the short time that they remain at tier 5 (as they're not protecting it in any way)
They then sell the things which they bought.

Yep. Well no, this is what they had intended. Dumps, bots, pure pve w/o "forced" pvp. It's just a lure to get people into lowsec. So working as intended. Sad

Working as intended. Sorry CCP, but whenever you guys break one ISK faucet, you just replace it with another.

FW isn't an isk faucet.

All you get is LP. Which introduces no isk into the game. The most you do is suck isk out of other people's wallets.

For sure. That's why they're adjusting it, because it's working as intended. Roll

Where have any adjustments been mentioned?

“If someone joins FW, and just wants to run missions, is that actually a bad thing? Do we have to force people to PvP?” -CCP Soundwave, CSM & CCP Meeting minutes, May 30th – 1st June 2012, page 110
He then ended the discussion, non-debatable.

FW is about luring in pve mission runners, and that is done with isk. There are huge payouts going on, w/o need for pvp, and it's obviously intended. If it were broken, like that recent bug in FW where a few guys made billions destroying their own ships for mass LP, then they would have acted immediately to fix it. But in this case, mass amounts of LP are being distributed to farm isk with, and it just rides along as the norm for months. Why not make pvp and fw fun? ...rather than a bribe to play a broken system and just to lure people into lowsec? EVE should have something at least as good as SWG faction wars (early SWG), rather than this excuse for a FW system.

"dump??!?" it's where you go to bury broken things, useless things, things just taking space. Yeah...

edit: Oh it just occurred to me what you mean by "adjustments". So they are nerfing every heavy missile in the game to "balance" two ships and make FW better? No more long range missiles to slow down those pve fw farmers, WIN!
Yeah...
What?
