Anything that reduces the use of Drakes in PVE is a net plus in my book. Most boring (and badly-piloted) ship in the game. God forbid you should actually learn how to fit and fly your ship rather than grab the stock buffer Drake fit off of Battleclinic.

We seem to go through these paroxysms every couple of years as some weapons system gets buffed or nerfed. Projectile weapons, hybrids, lasers, and now missiles. The wailing and gnashing of teeth is great, then players learn the benefits and drawbacks of the new systems, and in a couple of months it's like nothing ever happened.

If anything eve is the only not dying mmo out there. Wow is constantly losing players, the TORtanic never stood a chance, guild wars 2 is korean (self explanatory), and the rest don't matter.

That's a Templar, an Amarr fighter used by carriers.

Seriously, i have been playing eve for years, and im more exicted for this expantion of rebalances than the last 3 expantions. if eve 30% of people start flying cruisers again i will be the happyest person in eve.

OP, saying what you are saying on these forums is sort of like going into a church and saying there is no God, even if it was true those "into it" will rise in righteous anger. Seriously though, this game could loose half the subs and still likely do well enough financially. There are sub mmo's with smaller player bases that have been around as long as Eve, so no, it's not dying by a long shot.

As a caldari pilot i must say i LOVE! the upcoming missile changes and it was well damn about time for the drake to get a nerf, ******* ship makes the game boring.

its simple a DOITALL ship makes otherships less usefull and kills variety in game, long live ccp for finally burying the drake.

now all i hope is that they do fix the nighthawk poor ship will be worse now.

Well we won't be having that sort of thing here in the GD forum. It's just not done that way.
