Based on my knowledge and a look at your character sheet, I would value this character at:
5-7 Billion ISK

This is for several reasons, I have considered your character as a holding character rather than a main pilot, you lack many jump drive skills meaning this character wouldn't easily be able to move the Aeon for the main pilot. It also lacks the basic skills to use Capital Remote Reps, Remote ECM Burst, Capital Energy Transfers. This means when a main pilot enters the ship he would be required to approach a SMA and re-online alot of his modules, wasting valuable time in a situation that may be time dependant. Also you lack focus and have other skills that people looking for a starter Aeon, or Aeon sitter character will consider wastage and have no interest in paying for.

How to increase your value:
Train Jump Drive Operation to V.
Train Jump Drive Calibration & Jump Fuel Conservation to IV.
Train Capital Remote Armor Repair Systems, Capital Energy Emission Systems & Projected ECM to I.

These would add maybe 2/3b to the value of your character.
