Cloak/Probe Loki for solo hunting in Wormholes?

Greetings. I've been wanting to go nomad and live in WH space for a while, hunting and killing the people that live inside. As I have the most SP in projectiles, I have come up with the following coak/probe/kiting Loki fit:

- Stats, with my skills:
DPS: 301, 340 overloaded - @ 23/25 km falloff
SPEED: 1411, 2500 overloaded
EHP: 54k, 60k overloading the invuln field. 106 dps shield recharge. Resists 87/80/69/74

The idea is that I would go into wormholes, looking for targets of opportunity (ratters, miners, etc) and kill/ransom what I can. Probe them out, orbit @ 20, and pewpew. The range and speed would hopefully allow me to disengage if things go south and the cloak will obviously allow me to remain unseen.

What do you think? I have the mixed guns for fitting issues and extra dps

Good luck.

Some possible issues you may run in to:

- ratters have more dps than you
- ratters have more EHP than you
- ratters tank all your dps without breaking sweat
- ratters have more range than you
- many ratters are happy to spew kin missiles into your resist hole
- you die to first target that gets scram on you (yes tackle is common on wh PVE fits)

So, be careful with ships with weapons? This is true to an extent to all cloaky T3s (you can't expect to break a juicy ratting Tengu even with the Proteus), but the Cloki is relatively soft, and I'm always happy to meet one in w-space.

Of course, I would probably stay out of the higher class wormholes due to targets probably being unkillable with this ship.

I have done this sort of thing before, in a cloak/probe Pilgrim with great success. You would be surprised at the shiny ships people bring to low-class wormholes. The only thing with the Pilgrim is that I was committed to a fight once I got in one. This Cloaki fit allows me to have more options. Also since posting I have swapped out the Extender rig for an anti-kinetic screen reinforcer

Alternatively I also have the option of flying a cloaking/probing Tengu as well, with excellent missile skills, but I have not played with a possible fitting yet.

EDIT: Also switching out the Cap Reservoi subsystem for a Power Core Multiplier allows me to fit a full rack of 425s. But then I have a ton of leftover powergrid

EDIT2: I don't know how good of an idea 425s are. This loki has no drones or neut and if someone brought help in the form of a couple of frigs, it would have have a lot of trouble with with 425s, no?

The reason I opted for my current fit is because of the range, which allows me to kite and disengage if required. Also, I opted out of using an ASB as I would prefer not to have to carry cap charges on me, since I intend to be in wormhole space for a long time

Advantages over yours:
more EHP (73k with maxed skills)
dps (maybe) - 328 w/ barrage, but you're a damn cloaky, load hail, get in their face, and facemelt (works best with group though)
interdiction nullified - they bubbled the exit? who cares, warp through it.

Note, this fit also works fairly well for going into IRC space and harrassing their miners...
