CSM7 is just around the corner. If the people want him removed, he won't get voted back in.

So, I suspect he'll be campaigning again soon. And you can call him to task during the campaign, if you want.

The issue is not if he has or has not abused his position.

The issue is that he is in a position that can be abused, without any NDA or rule being broken. Were he not the leader of GSF, but a simple director or even a grunt and someone says that GSF has taken advantage of NDA data, the only possibility of that happening would be due to an NDA breach and that would be investigated accordingly.

But in the position he is in, he does not need to break the NDA to use the information he is being exposed to as an unfair advantage.

In his place i would either not have applied for the CSM, or stepped down from the leadership of GSM upon winning the election.

But hey, those are just my principles..

Each CSM member has put the needs of their constituents above needs of those who are not. The justification for this? You didn't vote for that CSM member because you felt they didn't represent you. Just because they were elected does not mean they suddenly have to represent you now. In addition to this, representing each individuals singular interests is virtually impossible. It's easier, more efficiency, and to be fair basically politically correct to represent your constituents. You should find a CSM member that _does_ represent your interests, and then consider petitioning your concerns with them, as they're more likely to agree with you and they're probably at least partially responsible for your personal concerns.

anyway as stated.. i will make an official petition to CCP and hopefully get an official reponse.
In that i will state all my arguments in full. I will also be writing to all MMO editorials on this matter, and lets see what people outside eve think also. I aim to get maximum exposure on this...so you goon alts can troll all you like, derail the post, whatever...
